Booking conditions:
ARTICLE V: Cancellation conditions:
- Regulatory ban on travel/rental: full refund.
- Adverse weather (heavy persistent rain for at least three hours, wind force 5 or more): 30% refund or postponement to a later date to be determined according to schedule.
- Tenant cancellation > 21 days: 50% refund
- Tenant cancellation < 21 days: no refund.
- Cancellation by the rental company: no compensation, full refund

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
ARTICLE I: Competence of the Captain
1. The lessee must assume the role of captain or hire a qualified captain.
2. The tenant hired a professional skipper:
A contract was signed between the skipper and the renter.

ARTICLE IV: Price

- SUNSET: €1500 including VAT
- FULL DAY: €3200 (VAT included)
Payment: 100% upon booking.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Owner's obligations
1. Provide a vessel that complies with the laws.
2. Ensure the safety and insurance of the boat.
Tenant's obligations
1. Use the boat responsibly and comply with regulations.
2. Do not sublet or lend the boat.
3. Return the boat on time and in good condition.
4. Inform the owner immediately in case of accident or damage.
5. Do not make any repairs without prior agreement.
TAKEN POSSESSION
1. The tenant takes possession after payment of the balance and the security deposit
2. The tenant accepts the boat after inspection and inventory.
3. The owner may refuse to hand over the boat if the tenant is unfit to sail.
USE – RESPONSIBILITIES – DAMAGE
1. The tenant is responsible for damages not covered by insurance.
2. The renter must use the boat in accordance with maritime regulations.
3. In case of serious damage, the tenant must notify the owner and obtain a report.
RESTITUTION
1. The renter must return the boat to the designated port at the agreed time.
2. Each quarter hour of delay will be charged €70 including VAT.
3. In case of inability to return, storage and transport fees may be charged.
DETERIORATION OR LOSS
1. The tenant must pay for repairs or replacements of damage or loss not covered by insurance.
2. The deposit can be used to cover repair costs.
INSURANCE
1. The boat is insured under contract no. YG2009146 with Yacht Guard.
2. The insurance premium is included in the rental price.
3. Personal belongings are not insured.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
1. Cancellation more than 21 days in advance: 50% of the deposits remain with the lessor.
2. Cancellation less than 21 days in advance: no refund
2. In case of non-conformity of the boat, the renter may terminate the contract and obtain a refund.
CONSUMABLES
All consumables (fuel, water) are the responsibility of the tenant.
CAUTION
The deposit is paid 72 hours before check-in and covers damage or loss attributable to the tenant.
DISPUTES
The applicable law is French law and the competent courts are the French courts.
